CAMPAIGN SUMMARY
I worked with Kandi America to develop the overall creative direction for their 2020 launch. This included creating live-action launch commercials, CGI key visuals, custom photography, and dozens of supporting marketing materials to help bring their affordable electric vehicle to the American market. The ability to produce all of these assets in-house and paired with lean and agile production teams allowed us to develop creative solutions quickly without sacrificing quality.

SUMMARY
Kandi needed to introduce its new vehicles to the American market, and time was of the essence. We crafted a playful tone that communicated the practicality and affordability of the cars. Amazingly, the two commercials were conceived and shot in under ten days.

SUMMARY
To promote the vehicles’ live webstream launch, we created visually striking, unskippable 6-second teasers to build anticipation before the event.

SUMMARY
To populate Kandi’s various digital touchpoints, we created photorealistic CG renders of the vehicles. Kandi could then use these hero images on product detail pages, press releases, and social media.

In addition to the CG renders, we also created hundreds of images across multiple photoshoots to provide a library of assets for the brand to work with across all mediums.

Showroom Design
SUMMARY
After defining much of the aesthetic being used by the brand, we were tasked with designing the showrooms. We developed a bright and open interior that makes the area feel high-tech while inviting, with the playful typography and neon signs keeping the space fun and accessible.
